El miércoles 13 de mayo tuvo lugar la final de la Semana Grande del Pintxo de Álava en el Iradier Arena. Fue un honor para nosotros recibir un premio muy especial: el galardón a la Excelencia en el Servicio otorgado por SEA-HOSTELERIA. El reConocimiento procura la mayor profesionalización del sector en colaboración con la Dirección de Turismo y Hostelería del Gobierno Vasco y reConoció la labor de perretxiCo en el marco de esta importante cita para la gastronomía alavesa.
El Jurado de esta gran final, compuesto por Patxi Antón, de Vitoria-Gasteiz Wine City; Iñaki Gezala de Batzoki Jatetxea de Hondarribia; Iñigo Kortabitarte del restaurante Kobika de Durango; Jesús Iñigo del restaurante Ábaco de Pamplona; y Patxi Gimeno de la Escuela de Hostelería de Gamarra premió con el El Pintxo de Oro “Bonito Cactus !” de José Antonio de Parla y Maikel Santos de El Portalón de Vitoria-Gasteiz. El Pintxo de Plata fue para Miguel Marcos y Mª José Casado del Triskari de Vitoria-Gasteiz por su pintxo “Vanessia”. Y el Pintxo de Bronce se lo llevóaron Aitor Etxenike y Luis Ángel Plágaro del Sukalki de Vitoria-Gasteiz por su “Nikuman de sukalki y txakinarto”.
