Cocineros de pintxos y tapas de toda España se han dado cita en ‘Minimal Almería 2019’, la séptima edición del Congreso de Alta Gastronomía en Miniatura. Unas jornadas que han permitido a los profesionales de la provincia ampliar los conocimientos con once de los mejores chefs especializados en pinchos de España.
Luis Carcas de Casa Pedro en Zaragoza, campeón del Campeonato Nacional de Pinchos y Tapas Ciudad de Valladolid 2018; Igor Rodríguez, Campeón del Campeonato Nacional de Pinchos y Tapas Ciudad de Valladolid 2017; Isabel González de Puerto Chico, Valladolid, Campeona del Campeonato Nacional de Pinchos y Tapas Ciudad de Valladolid 2015; Jorge Otxoa de El Mercao en Pamplona, Campeón de Pintxos del País Vasco, Navarra e Iparralde; Ramón Lapuyade Subcampeón de España 2017; Pepe Ron del restaurante Blanco en Cangas de Narcea, Asturias, Subcampeón de España 2017; Iñigo y Koldo Kortabitarte, de Kobika en Durango (Bizkaia), campeones de Bizkaia 2017; José Antonio de Parla de El Portalón, en Vitoria, campeón de Pintxos de Álava 2019; Josean Merino, de perretxiCo, en Vitoria. Mejor Barra de Pinchos de España y el coctelero Alberto Benedicto, de Ametzagaña Restaurat & Cocktails Bar en Donostia. Medalla de oro en la Golden Cup de Taiwán 2018. Todos ellos han estado coordinados por el cocinero vasco Félix Manso.
Las ponencias, impartidas mediante showcooking, han permitido al equipo de perretxiCo compartir con otros profesionales el saber hacer adquirido durante más de 20 años como taberneros y pintxocultores. Una oportunidad para compartir con grandes chefs sensaciones y buenos momentos de los que siempre se trae algo bueno a casa.
