Es un momento de celebración y gratitud en Perretxico, ¡ya que estamos emocionados por festejar nuestro décimo aniversario! Una década de pasión, innovación y deleite culinario nos ha llevado a este hito significativo, y estamos encantados de compartir este logro con nuestra apreciada comunidad de amigos y clientes.
Desde nuestros comienzos como una pequeña taberna en Vitoria-Gasteiz en la calle San Antonio, hasta convertirnos en un destino gastronómico reconocido a nivel nacional, cada paso en este viaje ha sido impulsado por nuestro compromiso con la excelencia y la autenticidad en cada plato que servimos.
Nuestro décimo aniversario es más que una celebración de tiempo; es un homenaje a la rica herencia culinaria vasca que nos inspira cada día. En Perretxico, nos enorgullecemos de preservar las tradiciones de la cocina vasca mientras exploramos nuevas interpretaciones y sabores innovadores. Es este equilibrio entre lo clásico y lo contemporáneo lo que nos ha permitido ganar el corazón y el paladar de nuestros comensales a lo largo de los años.
